The maintenance is now complete and we are monitoring all systems to ensure full recovery.

The upgrade operations are complete and we are not in recovery mode. All systems are coming back up online and service is being restored to normal operations.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

In about 15 minutes we will begin the planned upgrade operations.

Further progress updates will be posted at the:

1. Start of the maintenance;
2. Completion of the operation and start of the recovery period;
3. End of the recovery period and start of the monitoring period;
4. When the maintenance is complete.

We will be performing a planned upgrade of the Fletch services on Friday Aug 9th.

The upgrade will take place anytime between Friday, Aug 9th at 22:00 UTC and Saturday, Aug 10th at 04:00 UTC but will take no longer than 2 hours. We will update this notice to notify you when the operation starts.

We strive to perform the operation off hours, during a time of minimal activity. However, you could experience intermittent failures to the following components:

• Insight Generation
• Web Interface

In particular, the 'Correlation details' section of the Threat boards pages could temporarily render as an empty table.

Once completed, the upgrade operation will be followed by a short recovery period throughout which the system will gradually return to normal operations. We will update this notice to notify you at every step of the process and until the process is complete.
