We will be performing planned maintenance of the Fletch services on Friday, October 18th.
The upgrade will take place anytime between Friday, October 18th at 23:00 UTC and Saturday, October 19th., at 1:00 UTC, but will take no longer than 2 hours. We will update this notice to notify you when the operation starts.
We strive to perform the operation off hours, during a time of minimal activity. However, you could experience intermittent failures to the following components:
Insight Generation Web Interface Data Collection Once completed, the upgrade operation will be followed by a short recovery period throughout which the system will gradually return to normal operations. We will update this notice to notify you at every step of the process and until the process is complete.
