We will be performing a planned upgrade of the Fletch services on Friday, March 21st starting at 22:00 UTC. The upgrade will take no longer than 2 hours and should be completed by 00:00 UTC of March 22nd.
We make every attempt to perform the operation off peak hours, that is during a period of minimal activity. However, you could still experience intermittent failures to the following components:
- Insight Generation
- Data Collection
- Web Interface
- Developer API
Once the upgrade operation is complete, everything will return to normal operation.
