We will be performing planned maintenance of the Fletch services on Friday, January 17th.
The upgrade will take place anytime between Friday, January 17th at 23:00 UTC and Saturday, January 18th, at 2:00 UTC, but will take no longer than 3 hours. We will update this notice to notify you when the operation starts.
We strive to perform the operation off hours, during a time of minimal activity. However, you could experience intermittent failures to the entire Fletch.ai application.
Once completed, the upgrade operation will be followed by a short recovery period throughout which the system will gradually return to normal operations. We will update this notice to notify you at every step of the process and until the process is complete.
