We will be performing planned maintenance of the Fletch services on Friday Aug 23rd.
The upgrade will take place anytime between Friday, Aug 23rd at 23:00 UTC and Saturday, Aug 24th at 04:00 UTC but will take no longer than 2 hours. We will update this notice to notify you when the operation starts.
We strive to perform the operation off hours, during a time of minimal activity. However, you could experience intermittent failures to the following components:
- Insight Generation
- Web Interface
- Data Collection
Once completed, the upgrade operation will be followed by a short recovery period throughout which the system will gradually return to normal operations. We will update this notice to notify you at every step of the process and until the process is complete.
